TBH, I can't really see the advantage in the OS3.5 asl.lib anyway (I myself use
magicASL, which is still streets ahead). I had similar thoughts, though, but
since the V44 library is freely available, who can blame the guy.
He has said that this is the only time he has had any problems. I've tracked it
down to it attached asc(255) to the path, so in my prog, I strip all instances
of asc(255).
I'd still like absolute confirmation that it is a conflict between the two that
is causing theproblem, tho'.
